In more and more families parents work long hours and their non-working hours are filled, literally, with activities both elective and essential. With the demise of “traditional” family roles the art, or even basics, of cooking healthy, balanced meals has begun to disappear. My services are a healthy, custom, and budget friendly alternative to eating out for families that don’t have the time, desire, or ability to cook for themselves.

Tip of the Week

When substituting lean ground turkey for fatty ground beef in recipes like meatloaf or chili; try increasing the amount of vegetables like onions or peppers. This will help keep everything moist without adding fat.
